How to avoid paying any fee at all? If more than 3 days (72 hours) have passed from your last deposit to your withdrawal request, you will not be charged a withdrawal fee (regardless of the number and amount of withdrawals).
If I'm not willing to wait and want to get my money as soon as possible? We certainly allow our clients to request a withdrawal at any time. If less than 24 hours have passed since your last deposit until your withdrawal request, the withdrawal fee will be 10%. If it's been from 24 to 72 hours, the withdrawal fee will be 5%.
What is the reason for these changes? Since its founding in 2014, Pokerdom has taken and is still holding one of the leading positions on the market in terms of speed and quality of withdrawal requests processing. At the same time, during the last year, the cost of payments processing (financial processing) has increased several times, and it especially refers to the so-called "urgent" (i.e. almost instant) withdrawal of funds. In order to continue handling deposit requests from customers without delays, we have introduced a dynamic fee. At the same time, all players without exception now have the opportunity not to pay for funds withdrawal at all, although previously the minimum withdrawal fee was 3%.
