The results of GCOOP "I'll Be Back"

The largest series of this winter is over, it's time to tell you how it was.   

We've all been looking forward to the return of the legendary GCOOP and for good reason, because this time its prize pool was much higher than all the previous ones! The scale of the event itself was astounding – there were held 146 tournaments with 69,283 entries. It is simply impossible to count the number of players who entered 700 freerolls :)

The two jewels of the series, the Main Event for the Superior and First Leagues, deserve a special mention. Each of them attracted an incredible number of participants, and the winners had to make their way to the cherished prizes. Let's warmly welcome fatpanda, who got 867,545 RUB for the 1st place in the Main Event of the Superior League; and oooarms, who triumphed in the First League with 238,413.18 RUB!

  • First League Progressive High Roller - general29, 148 996,59 RUB prize incl. bounty;
  • Superior League Progressive High Roller - hishikori7, 388,145.81 RUB prize incl. bounty.

Traditionally, players also fought to make it to the top of the leaderboard, where this time a total of 1,500,000 roubles was raffled off in two leagues. The top 3 in each league are as follows:

Hold'em, Omaha and Chinese Poker Rake Race for 3,000,000 RUB

The GCOOP didn't ignore the fans of each discipline - everyone could take part in the rake-race at convenient limits, as there were 4 leagues at once! Let's congratulate the winners.

Chinese poker from December 31 to January 9 - 300,000 RUB:

  • League С - pro100pzdc, 12 500 RUB; 
  • League D - _igr0k_, 6 250 RUB.

Omaha from 7 to 16 January - 1,200,000 RUB:

  • League А - chigrtv, 208 000 RUB; 
  • League В - arkuuun, 104 000 RUB; 
  • League С - redpepper, 48 000 RUB; 
  • League D - lihdan, 24 000 RUB.

Cashdrop

As promised, from December 17 to January 16, 2,250,000 RUB were generously scattered at the cashdrop tables. In addition, a random raffle for New Year's Day prizes was held on December 31, in which the winners received Apple products and tickets to the main events of the series.

Lottery 

A lottery was held for the most active participants in the series, with tickets given for every 10 entries in the tournaments. Participants in the Superior and First Leagues received five 13 iPhones Pro Max 1TB and five 13 iPhones Pro 1TB respectively:
