Make sure you have enough space on your computer's hard disk to install the application. Also, ensure you have the privileges to install applications from the internet to your computer. You need administrative rights to install our software on your computer (log in as an administrator, not as a guest). Please note that you can create a new profile with setting permissions if you are logged into the administrative profile on the computer.
If you encounter any problems during software installation, please get in touch with the support. In the email, please include your username, the model of your computer or mobile device, the operating system version, and a complete description of the problem, preferably with a screenshot.
