First of all, check your email (including the Spam folder). In most cases, the Security Service sends an alert by mail. You can also contact support to find out the reason for blocking.
Account blocking occurs in case of malicious violations of the project rules or while checking the account/user for fraud. Fraudulent actions can be committed by one user or a group of people towards the project and (or) other players. After an investigation, it is possible to remove the block if the player's guilt is not proven or doubtful.
