Disconnect Protection in all Hold 'em Games: Suppose during the hand, a player loses connection to the server. In that case, they take part in the hand (provided that the DP function is activated) and claim the part of the pot in which they participated before the disconnection. The player is given 30 seconds to reconnect and return to the game. If the user fails to return to the game within 30 seconds, they automatically go all-in with the amount wagered in hand until the moment of disconnection. If the player does not return to the game on the next hand, they automatically go into "sit-out".
Disconnect Protection in Chinese Poker: If a player loses connection to the server during a hand, the standard turn time of 2 minutes will be used to wait for the player to reconnect. If the standard move time has expired, "Time Bank" will be enabled for 3 minutes for an additional wait for the player to reconnect. Suppose even after the expiration of the "Time Bank," the player does not reconnect to the server. In that case, the current hand will be completed automatically and calculated, and the player will be transferred to the "Sit-out" without continuing the round. In the event that during the disconnection of the player, their opponent gets the right to lay out the "Fantasy", it will be laid out and counted, as it is considered a continuation of the current hand. After that, the player will be transferred to the "Sit-out".
Disconnect protection is limited and works only at cash tables. The disconnect protection feature can only be used two times every 28 days in Chinese Poker and one time in Hold 'em to prevent cheating and unfair play. You can check the status of the disconnect protection function for your account in the lobby of the poker room in the "Settings" - "Disconnect Protection".
